The 2025 Official LDC U.S. Latino GDP Report™ – Part One
The 2025 Official LDC U.S. Latino GDP Report™ confirms that the U.S. Latino GDP has reached a historic $4 trillion, ranking as the 5th largest economy in the world if considered independently. This groundbreaking analysis, produced by the Latino Donor Collaborative (LDC) in collaboration with the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and sponsored by Wells Fargo, showcases the unmatched speed, scale, and resilience of Latino economic growth.
Between 2015 and 2023, the U.S. Latino GDP grew over twice as fast as the rest of the nation. Latino income reached $3.1 trillion, and purchasing power soared to $4.1 trillion, driven by record workforce participation, business formation, and educational attainment. Latinos accounted for 78% of all new workers between 2020 and 2030, and will represent 22.4% of the U.S. labor force by 2030. This is more than a demographic trend, it’s an economic transformation.
This report is essential for business leaders, investors, and policymakers seeking growth, talent, and innovation. While only 19.5% of the U.S. population, Latinos are the nation’s most powerful economic growth engine, with direct implications for housing, retail, healthcare, finance, and tech.
